Salary: £24,000 - 26,000 per year Requirements: I am looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer who possesses excellent people skills and has prior experience in a 1st line role. The ideal candidate will have skills in Microsoft 365 support and administration, SharePoint, Azure queries, Teams, and basic InTune support knowledge. Additionally, you should be proficient in Outlook and email support, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring users are kept up to date while meeting SLAs. Responsibilities: As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to requests for support by logging and categorizing incidents. You will work across the spectrum of IT support, handling basic service desk queries and getting involved in infrastructure project work. Your tasks will include building, installing, and configuring hardware and software, as well as working on live infrastructure projects.
