The Role As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will: Build and own your own engineering desk Develop relationships with manufacturing, engineering and technical clients Win new business and manage key accounts Source, headhunt and place skilled engineers and technical professionals Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement Become a recognised specialist within your market Youll be supported by market-leading systems, strong branding, and dedicated resourcing support giving you the freedom to focus on growth, delivery, and earnings.
