Charsfield CE Primary School are seeking a passionate and dedicated HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join our high performing family school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to bring their skills and enthusiasm into a supportive environment, where you will play a key role in helping children achieve their full potential.
You will be committed to inclusion and will have an attentive and patient manner. Confidentiality is a must, as is a high level of numeracy and literacy.
You will:
* teach whole classes across the school, with specified work as directed by the class teacher
* plan, prepare, deliver and mark specified learning activities to classes modifying and adapting activities as necessary
* carry a HILTA qualification or are in the process of completing the qualification
* has knowledge of behaviour techniques
* be confident in dealing with pupils
* understand and support the principles of inclusion for all pupils
* be supportive and provide the highest quality learning experience to have high expectations for all children.
