SUPPORTED LIVING MANAGER - 50% ADMIN AND 50% HANDS ON SHIFT WORK. Work as a supported living manager with Walsingham and make a real difference to people's lives. Walsingham Support has been operating across England and Wales since 1986. We enhance the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. Responsibilities
* As a supported living manager and a valued member of our team, each of us is there to help deliver the quality-of-life people with disabilities deserve. By doing so, we will be supporting our service users to reach their full potential.
* As a supported living Manager you will help to ensure that Walsingham Support's care is of high quality and person-centred and you will help to ensure that care is tailored to the needs of each individual and based on their lifestyle.
* Supported living Managers in our services ensure a high quality and well maintained environment for those we support.
* Each team is expected to work from a care plan, providing help with day to day living tasks. This might include personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, providing emotional support, social interaction and visits to activities in their communities.
* This is a supported living manager role that is split – 50% ADMIN AND 50% HANDS ON SHIFT WORK.
* Flexible working. Sleep-ins are not essential for supported living managers but there may be the opportunity to do these. Weekends will be included within working hours.
* As a supported living manager a full UK Manual driver's Licence is essential.

This is a wonderfully varied role where as a supported living manager you will build genuine relationships with the people you care for and your staff team.
The Role
OUR SUPPORTED LIVING MANAGERS OVERSEE TWO SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES WHICH BOTH SUPPORT 2-3 INDIVIDUALS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, AUTISM AND SOME BEHAVIORS THAT CHALLENGE.
