What You’ll Bring to the Table
* Expertly prepare and present high-quality dishes with flair and consistency
* Lead, inspire, and mentor a dedicated kitchen team of 4 to deliver excellence every service
* Uphold impeccable food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Manage kitchen operations including food cost control, waste reduction, and stock management
* Collaborate closely with the wider team to enhance menu offerings and elevate the dining experience
* Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is a testament to quality, taste, and presentation
Your Culinary Journey Includes
* Hands-on cooking and leadership in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
* Breakfast and lunch service from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days out of 7)
* Serving a discerning clientele with impeccable standards
