Role & Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to design and implement Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.
* Lead requirements gathering workshops and solution architecture discussions.
* Develop, customize and integrate applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
* Provide strategic guidance on best practices and digital transformation strategies.
* Deliver training and ongoing support to optimise system adoption.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of business processes and transformation strategies.
* Strong knowledge across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Dataverse with the ability to design, configure and integrate tailored solutions that enhance business processes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing experience.
* Microsoft Certifications (preferred but not essential).
