The Account Manager will utilise Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance metrics.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
* Analyse market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
* Lead sales initiatives by identifying potential clients, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
* Utilise Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance metrics.
* Provide regular updates to management on account status, challenges, and opportunities.
Experience
* Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving targets.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Proficiency in analysing data to inform decision-making processes.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
