Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 USD (depending on experience)

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale Adcrate’s client and audience acquisition systems.

You’ll own our paid acquisition, funnels, and partnerships - turning attention into measurable growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows direct response marketing inside and out. You’ll run campaigns, build funnels, optimize lead flow, and collaborate with our content and creative teams to grow both our agency and our info-product ecosystem.

If you can talk shop about hooks, offers, and conversion metrics as easily as you can build a lead magnet funnel - this role is for you.


What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or acquisition roles (ideally agency-side or DTC brand)
* Strong understanding of direct response principles — you know why ads convert, not just how to run them
* Hands-on experience managing Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, or X ads
* Proven track record building funnels, landing pages, and automations (Typeform, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.)
* Analytical mindset — can interpret metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, and CVR
* Confident collaborating with creatives, strategists, and content teams
* Comfortable building partnerships with other agencies, creators, or tools
* Resourceful, proactive, and hungry to build systems from the ground up


What You’ll Be Doing

* Running and optimizing paid campaigns across key channels
* Building and refining lead generation funnels that drive agency calls and info-product sales
* Developing landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences
* Managing partnerships and collaborations with agencies, creators, and marketing platforms
* Collaborating with the Copywriter and Content Manager to align creative and campaign messaging
* Tracking and reporting on funnel performance — turning data into insight
* Testing and scaling new growth channels (organic, paid, partnership-driven)
