Company Overview: Immediate start Event Perfekt global start ups Twin Trade Global and TwinPaay are two connected platforms operating in international trade and cross‑border payment infrastructure. We support government‑linked programmes, NGO funding flows, supplier settlements and international business collaboration. Our work spans fintech, trade, partnerships and ecosystem development across multiple markets. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience in fintech, international trade, cross‑border payments, tender writing and institutional partnerships. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to support business development, partnerships and tender preparation. You will work directly with the founder and gain exposure to real institutional conversations with FX providers, chambers of commerce, NGOs, trade organisations and fintech partners. This role is perfect for someone looking to build experience in: - fintech - cross‑border payments - international trade - tender writing - business development - partnerships - government and NGO programme support Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing tender submissions, capability statements and proposals - Conduct research on potential partners, chambers, NGOs and FX providers - Prepare briefing notes before partnership calls - Support follow‑up emails, documentation and partner onboarding - Assist in creating presentations, pitch decks and business materials - Update corridor lists, partner sheets and internal documents - Summarise meetings and maintain CRM records - Conduct market and competitor research - Support administrative and operational tasks as needed Requirements: - Currently studying Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Development, Law or a related field - Strong written English and excellent communication skills - Excellent writing and research ability (essential for tender support) - Interest in fintech, trade, procurement or cross‑border payments - Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive - Able to work independently and follow structured templates and scripts - Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace What You Will Gain: - Hands‑on experience in fintech and cross‑border payments - Exposure to institutional partnership conversations - Practical experience preparing tenders and proposals - Insight into government‑linked programmes and NGO funding flows - Mentorship and training from an experienced founder - Real responsibilities that build your CV and portfolio Hours: Flexible — 10 to 15 hours per week Remote role Compensation: Unpaid internship (experience‑based), with potential for paid progression as the platform grows.
