We are seeking an excellent Chef de Partie with an interest in Japanese & Mexican cuisine and culture, wanting career growth for our award winning restaurant in Notting Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie, with attention to detail, looking to take your experience to the next level. You will be working with the best ingredients to create exceptional dishes and beautiful food in a fast-paced kitchen.

* Previous experience in a similar environment
* Full ownership in your role
* Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
* Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards
