A forward-thinking, independent estate agency is hiring a Head of Operations to lead the business through its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone sharp, experienced, and commercially driven.
You’ll work closely with the founder to take charge of operations, people, compliance, strategy, and the bottom line. It’s a broad role with real responsibility — and serious long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations & Management: Own the day-to-day running of the business across all departments
* HR & Recruitment: Build and lead a high-performing team
* Training & Development: Drive professional growth across the business
* Strategy & Business Development: Set targets, spot opportunities, and scale operations
* Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory standards are met
* Finance: Oversee budgets, reporting, and cost control
