**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Recruitment Officer.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Liaise with care planners and registered managers to manage vacancies and online advertisements.
* Interview and select suitable candidates.
* Attend recruitment events as required and engage in community activities to raise our profile.
* Manage onboarding compliance from interview to sign-off, including references, DBS applications, ID, and other required documentation.
* Promptly chase references and documentation to ensure timely sign-off for new candidates.
* Support retention by maintaining contact with candidates from interview through to compliance, ensuring they feel supported and have any questions answered.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring safe staffing levels through continuous recruitment activity and selecting high-quality candidates to help us maintain an outstanding service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Health and social care knowledge (training can be provided).
* A target-driven approach and proven ability to meet KPIs.
* A good level of education.
* IT skills.
* The ability to drive and access to your own transport.
* The ability to work under pressure.
