Business Development Manager – South UK - Salary up to £60K + bonus + car allowance
📍 South of England (remote / field-based)
We’re working with a leading infrastructure solutions provider to appoint a Business Development Manager covering the South of the UK. This is a key commercial role focused on driving growth across major energy and district heating projects.
This organisation is a recognised player in delivering high-performance piping systems for critical infrastructure, with a strong reputation across the UK and Europe.
🚀 The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a well-established region, managing existing client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across utilities, contractors, and engineering consultancies.
This is a strategic, field-based role with a strong blend of account management and business development.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the South UK
* Identify and win new business opportunities within energy, district heating, and infrastructure sectors
* Engage with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Support bids, tenders, and technical proposals
* Deliver against regional sales targets and revenue growth objectives
* Provide market insight and feedback to internal teams
👤 About You
* 5+ years experience in a specification or engineering-led sales role
* Background within District Heating, HVAC, heating systems, or broader mechanical/building services environments
* Strong track record of winning and developing business in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related sectors
* Experience selling into contractors, consultants, or asset owners
