IT Support Engieer
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England
Hours: 09:00–17:30 shift pattern + on-call rotation (evenings/weekends)

Join the Executive Support team within a high-performing technology function, delivering seamless, end-to-end IT support to the Top 200 most senior leaders of the bank—including the CEO, Chairman, and Executive Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support (hardware, software, AV, mobile)
Respond to in-person and remote incidents, prioritising executive users
Escalate issues when necessary and track all activity in Remedy
Support project workstreams, innovation trials, and desk moves
Liaise across teams, vendors, and global support functions
Uphold IT security best practices and service excellence standards
Key Requirements:
Experience supporting executive/C-suite users in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Windows, macOS/iOS, Outlook/Exchange, AV systems
