The job…
As
E-commerce Manager
, you'll lead and grow the digital sales channels across D2C and marketplaces, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Shopify (D2C):
Own CRO, UX improvements, product merchandising, and subscriptions to drive performance.
* Amazon & TikTok Shop:
Lead day-to-day trading, optimise listings and A+ content, and shape strategy.
* Other Marketplaces:
Expand reach via platforms like eBay and other relevant online retailers.
* Retail E-commerce:
Collaborate with the Grocery team to boost brand visibility across Ocado, Co-op, Costco and more.
* Performance Marketing:
Partner with external agencies to drive ROI across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
* CRO & Data:
Analyse KPIs including AOV, LTV, ROAS, and bounce rate.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Marketing, Ops and Grocery to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* 3+ years' experience in high-growth e-commerce or D2C roles, ideally in FMCG or challenger brands.
* Proven success across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Klaviyo.
* Ambitious, fast-moving, and excited by growth.
* A strategic thinker who can also get stuck into detail and implementation.
* Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally and with agencies.
