Customer Service/Account Executive
Location: Yateley
Salary: Up to £28,000 per year + Good Working Hours + Pension + Excellent Holiday Scheme + Company Benefits

The Role:
* Managing customer inquiries, queries, and requests via phone and email; effectively communicating with internal departments such as Laboratory, Logistics, UK Sales, etc., to meet customer objectives.
* Position available as temp to perm or permanent.
* Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
* Office-based, 39 hours/week, Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm.
The Person:
* Previous experience in customer service/support or business development roles.
* Able to start immediately or within two weeks.
