Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Duties
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through efficient data entry practices.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls professionally and courteously.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
* Ensure that all customer feedback is documented and communicated to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
* Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in records.
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
