Job Description:
This role reports to the VP, Strategy & Consulting, Global Commercial Platforms, and collaborates with leaders across Marketing (CMO), Medical Affairs (CMAO), and Global Access & Value (GAV) to address key business challenges and define strategic priorities supporting Pfizer’s commercial objectives globally. The position involves developing strategic plans, leading portfolio projects, providing market insights, and managing 2-3 direct reports. Responsibilities include partnering with various teams to develop strategies, fostering external relationships for outside-in perspectives, enabling integrated marketing models, contributing to US medical strategy, leveraging healthcare landscapes for access strategies, leading strategic projects, analyzing financial impacts, and supporting team growth and development. Qualifications require a minimum of 12+ years in healthcare, preferably with biopharmaceutical consulting experience, and a strong understanding of market dynamics, stakeholder influence, project leadership, and financial acumen. The role also entails overseeing team performance, creating a collaborative work environment, and presenting to senior leadership. Compensation includes a salary range of $204,700 to $341,100, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Relocation support may be available. The position is hybrid, with a focus on leadership, strategic development, and cross-functional collaboration.
