As a Client Care Administrator, you will be a key part of our Simply Conveyancing Customer Sales team. You will handle various administration tasks along with inbound and outbound calls. Our team is committed to ensuring our clients have a smooth and supported journey throughout. You will play a vital role in our clients' onboarding and sales process.
This role also offers a bonus based on team deliverables.

Your responsibilities include:
* Managing the central sales inbox, responding to or redirecting queries within service levels
* Loading leads into business systems accurately and promptly
* Communicating with partnered agents via email and phone, providing updates and assistance
* Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining high customer service standards
* Making outbound calls to chase documentation and initial payments from clients
* Contacting estate agents for sales memorandums
* Collaborating with sales executives to ensure a seamless client journey
* Working as part of a team to meet targets
* Setting up and updating systems for new partnered agents
* Producing reports and assisting with data analysis
* Developing a strong understanding of our sales processes and USPs
* Learning objection handling skills to effectively resolve client queries
Minimum requirements:
* Customer service experience
* English GCSE or equivalent
* Experience in exceeding targets
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent telephone manner and relationship-building skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive 'can do' attitude and team spirit
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour break)
* One day per week, amended hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (paid as additional hours)
