What youll do
* Complex diary management, meeting preparation and room bookings
* Support Directors with expenses, travel, accommodation & visas
* Coordinate supplier meetings, meet & greet, arrange lunches and dinners
* Take minutes, track actions, prep agendas & share key documents
* Manage new starter/leaver processes and keep departmental info up to date
* Raise POs, maintain stationery, monitor mailboxes
* Event management offsites, team socials and supplier events
What you bring
1. PA experience including complex diary management (2+ years)
