You will play a key role in supporting learning, delivering small-group activities, assisting class teachers, and helping pupils thrive both academically and socially.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required * Lead small-group work and deliver targeted interventions * Offer effective 1:1 support for pupils when needed * Assist teachers with preparing resources and maintaining classroom organisation * Promote positive behaviour, engagement and pupil confidence * Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environmentCandidate Requirements? Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential) ? A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK primary school ? Good communication, organisation and behaviour management skills ?
