⏰ Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm / Friday 6am – 11:30am
đź’° Pay: ÂŁ14.88 per hour (rising to ÂŁ15.40 after 12 weeks)

We’re looking for a skilled Production Operative to join a growing team in Salford, manufacturing protective covers for precision weighing scales. These covers play a crucial role in preventing spills, avoiding damage, and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembly and finishing of protective covers using a range of tools including:
* Hand tools
* Routers
* Heat guns
* Stanley knives
* Scrapers
* Working to high-quality standards with strong attention to detail
* Following health & safety and quality control procedures
* Ideal Candidate:
* Confident using tools and equipment in a workshop or production setting
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Previous experience in a hands-on or practical role (e.g., production, joinery, construction, or assembly)
* Committed, reliable, and eager to learn
This is a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate the right skills and attitude.
