🌍 We're Hiring: Business Systems Director – Europe

📍 Location: Ireland & Germany (30% travel across EU, US, Asia)

🕒 Experience Level: Senior Leadership (15+ years)


Are you a Lean and Kaizen expert with a passion for driving operational excellence in highly regulated manufacturing environments? We’re seeking a Business Systems Director to lead transformational change across multiple European sites.


🔍 What You’ll Do:

* Champion the Business System across European operations, embedding Lean thinking and continuous improvement.
* Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing roadmaps aligned with strategic KPIs.
* Facilitate impactful Kaizen events, mentor teams at the Gemba, and ensure sustainable results.
* Drive cultural transformation through innovation, efficiency, and customer-centricity.
* Collaborate with global teams to benchmark and implement best practices.


✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Deep Lean and Kaizen experience – you can speak to this confidently in your CV and interviews.
* Background in operational excellence within highly regulated manufacturing or packaging (pharma not essential).
* Proven ability to influence at all levels and deliver sustainable change.
* Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel (30%+), primarily across Ireland and Germany.


🎓 Qualifications:

* 15+ years in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or supply chain.
* Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
* Hands-on experience implementing Lean systems in a leadership role.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
