Duties
* Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking and serving.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly.
* Support chefs and kitchen staff in various tasks as needed, including basic cooking and serving duties.
* Ensure all kitchen areas are kept tidy and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary.
* Participate in cleaning schedules to maintain hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to guests.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
