Role Profile: As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, including P&L and Fixed Assets Register, and delivering timely and accurate management information. You will develop reports for management and directors, manage VAT controls, and oversee cost reporting, cash flow, and forecasts. Your role will also include bank reconciliations, payroll preparation in collaboration with an external company, and assisting directors with operational cost analysis and negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Production of monthly management accounts and management information. Development of reports for management and directors. VAT control, including reduced rates, exemptions, and recharges. Cost, cash flow, and forecast reporting and control. Bank reconciliations and financial record keeping. Payroll preparation in liaison with an external payroll company. Assistance in reviewing and analyzing operational costs. Support with annual stock take and ledger/transactional staff. Proficiency in using Sage Line 100 software. Candidate Profile: CIMA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or QBE. Strong background in management accounting. Commercially minded with a readiness to undertake various projects. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and confident in accounting capabilities.
