Job Description
As CoLab develops the ability to target audiences of HCPs and consumers, our sources of 3P data are evolving. The Paid Audience Strategy Lead's primary role is to lead the team working with Publicis Media teams, leveraging internal and external data providers to build these audiences to enable targeting in paid channels.
The Paid Audience Strategy Lead is a senior-level role within the International Data Tech & Tools (DTT) team, reporting to the DTT Lead for International Markets (ex-US).
Responsibilities
The role is hands-on, with main tasks including:
* Owning and maintaining the Audience Strategy for paid media in CoLab International Markets.
* Consulting with clients (Pfizer marketers and sponsors) and internal teams (regional/global brand teams) to provide solutions for their Audience Strategy needs.
* Managing a team of 2–3 Audience Strategists responsible for implementation and knowledge sharing, including:
o Developing consumer insights using 3P data
o Building consumer audiences in 3P environments
o Partnering with US-based Insagic teams to analyze US health data to build initial audience hypotheses
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will combine client management and leadership skills with a proven track record in using 3P datasets to build audiences, along with a talent for developing data-driven insights to inform strategy and creative.
* Experience working collaboratively across multiple brands
* Ability to coach colleagues to improve brief writing quality
* Innovative problem-solving skills
Skills & Experience – Required:
* Strong consulting and client management skills supporting clients through innovation and change
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience working with syndicated partner data such as GWI or TGI
* Experience working with ID partners like Lotame, ITTime, Retargetly
* Experience in a multi-market environment
* Confident communicator fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of remote collaboration via tools like Microsoft Teams
* Skilled in cross-team collaboration across various departments
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Experienced team leader
* Experience collaborating across media, creative, and data domains
Skills & Experience – Desirable:
* Familiarity with the pharma or consumer health industry
* Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and understanding of regulatory environments
