Who We are Looking For:

We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Manager — a strategic yet hands-on leader who can elevate MOD’s organic and influencer presence across all platforms. You’ll shape and execute our social growth strategy, identify trends before they peak, and turn insights into action.


This role focuses on expanding our emerging channels like YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok, optimizing our strong presence on Instagram and Facebook, and driving a cohesive influencer strategy that amplifies brand storytelling and reach. You’ll also own social analytics and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Growth Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and execute MOD LIGHTING’s organic social strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
* Translate emerging trends and algorithm insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement and reach.
* Lead the Social Media team, ensuring alignment on execution, content quality, and growth initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure social initiatives support broader brand, campaign, and revenue goals.


Influencer Strategy & Collaboration

* Lead the influencer strategy, defining how creators amplify MOD’s storytelling, awareness, and growth.
* Oversee partnerships and creative direction to ensure strong brand alignment and high-quality content.
* Develop briefs and frameworks that tie influencer deliverables to campaign goals, and analyze performance to optimize future collaborations and ROI.


Channel Expansion & Optimization

* Build and scale emerging channels (YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) while optimizing existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for growth and retention.
* Test new content formats and engagement tactics to drive discovery, community, and brand advocacy.
* Oversee content calendars and channel strategy to align with brand campaigns, product launches, and key seasonal moments.


Insights, Analytics & Reporting

* Own all social media KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports — ensuring accuracy, visibility, and actionable takeaways across platforms.
* Analyze key metrics and social listening insights to guide content strategy, audience growth, and new opportunities.
* Deliver clear monthly reports and share organic learnings to inform broader marketing and paid social strategies.


Experience & Qualifications:

An ideal candidate:

* 5+ years of experience in social media management, strategy, or digital marketing — ideally within eCommerce, retail, or DTC brands, with vast experience in the US market.
* Proven track record driving organic growth and influencer marketing (specifically in the US markets) that builds community, engagement, and brand awareness.
* Deep understanding of social algorithms, trends, and content best practices across YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.
* Hands-on experience with content production — including graphic design, short-form video editing, and creative testing for emerging platforms.
* Analytically driven and proficient in social analytics tools (e.g., Rival IQ, Hootsuite, or other platform dashboards) — able to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
* Experienced in mentoring and guiding junior team members to ensure aligned execution and creative quality.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a balance of creativity and strategic thinking.
* Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
