The role is to ensure Food Safety and Quality compliance within the manufacturing environment ensuring the business maintains due diligence to Food Safety at all times and facilitating the delivery of Quality products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


·Adhere to Natural Innovations Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times

·Adhere to Natural Innovations Food Safety and GMP policies and procedures at all times

·Responsible for conducting checks appropriate to our CCP and QCP plans across all check points within the manufacturing environment

·Responsible for the documentation of records relevant the food safety plan ensuring due diligence

·Supporting the operations team with quality related incidents and queries

·Providing governance to Food Safety and Quality within the manufacturing environment – an ambassador for Food Safety and Quality

·Involved in complaint investigation across the site in conjunction with the Operations team to support the Technical Services team

·Working closely with the wider technical team to ensure that the Technical Operations team have correct and relevant information to ensure the Quality is measurable across the business

·Reasonable requests to carry out other duties that may be required to fulfill the businesses strategic and operational effectiveness.


· Confident and competent communicator at all levels

· Facilitation and negotiation skills

· HACCP Level 2

· Food Safety Level 3

·· Experience of working within a technical function, emphasis towards customer facing/specifications

· Ability to translate customer requirements to practical delivery within the business
