Location: Bromley (office based, with travel to client sites)

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in a similar role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our team in Bromley. This is a hands-on position that sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly, our clients are well looked after, and our internal processes are efficient and compliant.

You'll be working closely with management, suppliers, and clients, taking ownership of administration, coordination, and compliance tasks that keep the business running effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing invoicing and supporting financial administration
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
* Providing HR administrative support, including record keeping and onboarding tasks
* Assisting with health & safety compliance, ensuring all records are up to date and organised
* Updating and maintaining CRM systems, job records, and key business documentation
* Booking jobs, scheduling work, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Attending pre-start meetings and occasional site visits to liaise with clients and project teams
* Ordering materials and building stronger relationships with suppliers and wholesalers
* Helping to create, document and improve internal processes for better efficiency and compliance

What We're Looking For

* Minimum of 8 years' experience in a construction industry office management, operations or business administration role
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Comfortable liaising with clients and attending external meetings
* Experience with CRM systems and administrative software
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Flexible and happy to travel between the Bromley office and sites as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
