Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, greeting and chatting to customers as well as assisting them with their orders. This involves cross- and upselling.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the bakery and coffee shop.
Prepare and serve coffee, sandwiches, and other items (Barista training provided if
needed).
Handle transactions and operate the cash register.
Assist in preparing and packaging baked goods for customers.
Ensure the quality and freshness of all products on display.
