Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Supporting SEND
Fixed Term for one year ending 31st August 2026 (initially with potential for extension based on funding).
Part time, working 30 hours per week (Full time 37 hours per week).
Term time only plus 6 INSET days.
Salary: Grade 4 SCP5-6: £24,790 to £25,183 per annum pro rata.
Actual salary: £17,454 to £17,731 per annum.

Role Overview
Working with an individual child with specific needs, the successful candidate will have experience supporting learning within a school and a good understanding of areas such as English, Maths, and SEND strategies. You should have a friendly, caring yet professional approach, with the ability to respond to learning needs, demonstrating patience and commitment to milestones. We are looking for a colleague with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who can help shape an outstanding learning environment.
