Role Overview
Currys, Bromborough – Permanent, Full Time. 30‑39 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. Salary: £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p, raising to £13.01 upon successful completion of probation.
The Retail Sales Colleague role includes working flexibly across opening hours, typically 9 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week.
All new colleagues attend a two‑to‑three‑day induction (virtual or at the academy) to learn skills and knowledge needed to sell, serve and support customers.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contribute toward the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
