Reference: 27d78087 We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to support autistic teenage girls with a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile. Ideal candidates will have either personal or professional experience, or a strong interest in working with neurodivergent children and young people. Location : NR3, Norwich About the Role :Hours are flexible, with the requirement of availability after 3:30pm on weekdays during term time.Weekend and school holiday availability is a plus and offers additional flexibility for working your contracted hours.The current contract runs until March 2026, with the potential to renew annually. Summary terms and conditions: · The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 - £13 per hour.· Hours and times of work: Flexible, 31 hours per month (contracted until March 2026, with potential for yearly renewal.)· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks· This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety and First Aid.
