Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care at all times
* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance processes
* Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to reach their full potential
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals
* Drive a positive, inclusive, and recovery-focused culture within the service
* Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development
Requirements
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin
* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong clinical knowledge within mental health services (18–65)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
