As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for delivering all daily operational tasks to create an exceptional 24/7 resident experience. This includes supporting marketing and leasing activities, assisting with tenancy administration, coordinating maintenance, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also work closely with contractors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that exceeds resident expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct sales and leasing activities including property viewings, enquiry follow-ups, and converting leads into bookings
2. Plan and prioritise daily tasks to maximise leasing performance and meet occupancy targets
3. Ensure accurate and timely updates to all data capture systems and CRM tools
4. Provide a warm, professional welcome to walk-in enquiries and prospective residents, delivering a standout first impression
5. Follow up on documentation, contract returns, and payment processing
6. Conduct scheduled apartment visits and manage resident cancellations in line with company standards
7. Respond promptly and professionally to online (webchat) and email enquiries
8. Support other communities when needed, including cross-selling opportunities based on resident requirements
