The Role We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with proven experience in 5-axis machining. This is a hands-on role, programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce complex, high-precision components for both billet and additively manufactured parts. You’ll work closely with design and engineering teams, taking ownership of the CNC process for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, and delivering quality parts to exacting standards. Key Responsibilities * Create and optimise 5-axis CNC programs for prototype and production runs. * Select tooling, geometry, and coatings for materials including Nickel, Titanium, and Aluminium alloys. * Set up CNC machines, produce first-offs, and validate machining processes. * Collaborate with engineers on DFM, fixturing strategies, and process improvements. * Participate in prototype builds and ensure accurate translation from design to part. * Ensure quality standards are met through in-process inspection and final verification. ...
