Key Responsibilities

* Support data collection and customer feedback efforts
* Track and report on event performance and engagement metrics
* Collaborate with team members to improve campaign strategies and event execution
* Provide administrative support and maintain organized event documentation
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in marketing, business, or communications preferred
* Outgoing and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel
* Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in retail, customer service, or event marketing is a plus—but not required
