Your opportunity
As a key member of the Rosebery Respite team, you will work closely with Heads of Year and Deputy Heads of Year to provide high‑quality, timely support to students who demonstrate challenging behaviour or have persistent attendance issues. Your duties will include maintaining a presence in lessons, supporting staff dealing with challenging behaviour, offering targeted support to persistently absent students, engaging with parents, informing them of their child’s progress, conducting home visits, and running workshops to promote positive behaviour strategies at home.

Salary: GLF Associate 3.1 - £25,001
Actual Salary: £23,151.20
Hours: 38.75 per week, Monday to Friday 8:00‑4:15 (39 weeks)
