A Birmingham-based marketing and design agency is looking for a Freelance Account Manager to support client delivery during a busy period.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can step in quickly, manage client relationships and keep projects moving at pace across creative and digital campaigns.

Location: Birmingham, hybrid working (1 day onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
* Act as the main point of contact for briefs, updates and delivery
* Coordinate internal teams across design, content and digital
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
* Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative teams
* Maintain strong communication and keep stakeholders aligned
* Support with campaign planning and execution where needed
What you’ll need:
* Experience as an Account Manager within a marketing, creative or digital agency
* Strong client management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
* Comfortable working with creative and design teams
* Proactive mindset with the ability to pick things up quickly
* Available to start immediately
