Offer description

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help us get further insights from our business data. This is a hands-on role that blends operational data analysis, digital marketing performance tracking, and product data management.

You'll be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting business data, and crucially, for acting on what you find. That means identifying trends, improving website performance, managing product data within our CRM and website, and helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions that deliver real results.

You will apply your analytical and strong communication skills to collaborate closely with a small core team to understand data requirements and distil these into agreed actionable reports to help maximise the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining data pipelines, models, and reporting dashboards.
Assist in maintaining data integrity across systems and processes, ensuring all business functions can rely on clean, accurate data.
Manage and update product data across our website and Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Business Central systems.
Championing data-driven actions, from identifying what needs to change to coordinating the work required to make it happen.
Analyse website performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain regular marketing reports that highlight key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Use data imports/exports to efficiently create, update, and optimise product listings and related content.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
Strong understanding of data modelling techniques and concepts.
Advanced data visualisation skills in Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar tools.
Comfortable working with data from multiple sources and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Desirable:
Familiarity with managing product data or catalogues in CRM/ERP or website CMS platforms.
Experience in Microsoft Dataverse platform would be advantageous.
Basic understanding of SQL or other data query methods (helpful but not required).
Interest in industrial, embedded, or commercial computing technologies.

Personal Attributes
Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems through data.
Hands-on and proactive, keen to take responsibility and see actions through.
Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player who communicates clearly and works well across departments.
Curious about technology and how data can be used to improve marketing and commercial outcomes.
