New opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join the team at Sharp IT services

You will help coordinate IT Services activity, in an allocated region, to ensure clients receive exceptional service. Working directly with internal stakeholders and clients to develop and implement service strategies that will increase client satisfaction, maintain retention, and ensure all services are delivered to them.

The role would suit someone who has worked in a role such as a service delivery coordinator, client administrator, customer success executive, where a high level of organisation and a methodical accurate approach are key. This is a busy fast-moving role, which requires a dedication to delivering great service

Based at the High Wycombe office with hybrid working


The role

* Own and manage the calendar booking system to coordinate our Technical Consultants to deliver days in line with the client contractual obligations.
* Coordinate the delivery of projects and recurring revenue to ensure services can be invoiced as soon as possible.
* Work with the local team and client stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of service and maximise client retention.
* Complete all administrative processes to maintain a high standard so all systems and client information are up to date.
* Coordinate smooth operations in the office to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and the office is a safe and welcoming environment for our team to work
* Own and deliver the Sharp IT Services onboarding / offboarding to provide the most positive experience
* Work alongside the marketing team to coordinate campaign and communication to clients and our local team.


Requirements

* Experience in a service delivery related role
* Friendly and hardworking
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure in challenging situations
* Comfortable working with varying levels of stakeholders internally and externally
* Competent in MS Office suite
* Self-motivation, able to use initiative and innovate as required.
