Are you a Parts Supervisor at a main dealer looking for the next step in your career? We’re looking for a switched-on, hands-on Parts Manager to lead a busy, well-run department within a 10-bay workshop and strong walk-in trade environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to grow with a supportive business.
The Role
* Oversee and support 2 Parts Advisors
* Ensure smooth daily operations, including early-morning deliveries (from 7am)
* Manage stock, ordering, and workflow using Pinnacle
* Work closely with the workshop to keep technicians moving and customers happy
* Handle walk-in trade customers with confidence and professionalism
⏰ Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
(Early starts are shared within the team, meaning early finishes too)
What We’re Looking For
* Main dealer parts experience (essential)
* Current Parts Supervisor or strong Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* Confident leading a small team and setting standards
* Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
What’s On Offer
* From £34,000 basic salary
* OTE of £40,000
