Key Responsibilities: Driver Coordination: Prepare work for drivers and provide pre-briefing at the start of their shifts to ensure clarity on tasks and expectations. Transport Operations Management: Coordinate on-site transport operations to meet both customer and company requirements efficiently. Cost Control: Collaborate with line management to ensure the effective use of customer vehicles and subcontractors, minimizing costs while maximizing operational efficiency. Reporting and Analysis: Provide daily reports on customer KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and volume calculations to monitor performance.
