We are seeking an exceptional Interim Head of HR to join a multi-site business based across Yorkshire. This pivotal role will lead the HR function through a period of significant change, providing strategic guidance and operational excellence across a blue-collar workforce .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a proactive and solution-focused culture.
Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly and contributing to organisational change initiatives.
Manage complex matrix reporting structures, ensuring alignment between business units and HR strategy.
Oversee HR operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on employee engagement, workforce planning, and change management.
Support cultural transformation and organisational design during a key transitional period.
