I’m currently supporting a high-growth, international business in the arts and entertainment sector with the appointment of a Group Financial Controller.
This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, offering the opportunity to take ownership of group reporting, financial control, and governance, while partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead group consolidation and financial reporting
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Own audit processes, statutory accounts, and IFRS compliance
* Drive improvements across systems, controls, and processes
* Support strategic projects including growth and M&A activity
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
About You:
* ACA / ACCA qualified with a strong technical grounding (IFRS)
* Proven experience in a Group Financial Controller or similar senior role
* Background in complex, multi-entity environments
* A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving business
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence at senior level
