Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Ipswich area.
This role is 24 hours per week, delivered over 3 days a week (Monday and Friday) between 9am and 5pm, with flexible start times.
Pay rate: £15.95 per hour. PAYE: £20.41 per hour UMB.
The main role is to provide daily communication with residents, who live independently within the scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing residents' daily needs and signposting information. Regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building, reporting, and repairs are also part of the role.
Role Summary
24 hours per week, to be delivered between Monday to Friday. This is a temp ongoing position. Working with older adults (55+).
Previous sheltered or supported housing experience is ideal.

Qualifications
You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.
