An established global manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Area Manager to lead machine shop operations and support continuous improvement across production teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure full Health, Safety & Environmental compliance Lead lean manufacturing practices and drive continuous improvement Manage and coach Supervisors, Group Leaders, and Team Members Oversee daily production flow and ensure on-time delivery Control production costs, inventory, and SWIP levels Maintain equipment through TPM and ensure zero-defect quality Use lean tools such as Flow, Level Pull, TAKT, JIT, Visual Management, and Kanban About You Production supervision experience in manufacturing Knowledge of manufacturing engineering/systems Strong understanding of lean manufacturing Proven leadership and people-management skills Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills IT literate; MRP experience preferred For more information, please contact or call Skills: Production Supervisory Manufacturing
