A well‑established organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high‑level support on a rolling maternity‑cover contract. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to step into a fast‑paced support position.
Your new role
1. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
2. Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
4. Handling travel arrangements, including itineraries and amodations.
5. Supporting with inbox management and prioritisingmunications.
6. Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent written and verbalmunication abilities.
9. Confident using Microsoft Office and other business software.
10. Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently.
11. Previous experience in a PA or senior administrative role is essential.
