? What we're looking for:
A recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 and above)
A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive
A creative, 'can-do' attitude - ready to dive into messy play, crafts, songs and stories
A kind, nurturing personality with a team-focused mindset
?? Key Responsibilities:
Support children through fun, developmentally-rich activities
Assist in guiding and managing positive behaviour
Help out during snack and mealtimes
Encourage children to reach new milestones and explore their world
