The school have one of the largest teams of speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists in the UK. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioural and emotional regulation interventions, focusing primarily on KS3 pupils. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SEN staff to embed positive behaviour strategies across learning environments. Build trusting, empathetic relationships with students, understanding and responding to their needs with structure and sensitivity. Apply adaptive strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, enabling engagement and progression.
